Nothing says Los Angeles like the iconic Griffith Observatory (or the Hollywood Sign). And when LA plays a pivotal role in your love story – with the most spectacular views of the city and the Hollywood Sign – it can be the perfect spot for an anniversary photo shoot. An ode to LA and your love! And that’s why Eliza and Jake, whose love story is sprinkled throughout LA, chose the Griffith Observatory for their first anniversary photo shoot. We must say, they were one of the coolest couples we’ve met, and we are not just saying this because of the location they chose for their anniversary shoot. Their style, the way they posed, their bond, their love for photography – basically, everything was impressive. So, as you can probably guess, we had a great time and photo shoot with them!

A symbol of Los Angeles, the Griffith Observatory seamlessly aligned with Eliza and Jake. It’s casual yet so picturesque, and our couple had a great time there too. From what we could tell, these two are made for each other. We loved how they were just themselves, and in between that, offered us some precious moments to capture.
We love when our couples go that extra mile to make their photo shoot special. So, whether it’s coordinating their outfits or adding a unique element to the shoot, it’s always a treat for us to photograph couples who are 100% committed to having fun and making great memories – with us and each other. With Eliza and Jake, we definitely saw that commitment. Also, we love a stylish couple. And these two brought their A-game to the shoot. The pop of color that Eliza’s skirt brought into the pictures was perfect, and their sunglasses were super cool. With the white backdrops of the Griffith Observatory, all the colors naturally seemed to complement each other.
