Brick in Liberty Station is a great canvas for an urban wedding. Sean & John dreamed up a romantic vibe for it, softening the brick with moody florals arranged by Tiny Victories. We swooned over her dimensional sweeping floral ceremony decor that doubled as sweetheart table backdrop at the reception.
Sean and John were super laid back and easy, we were impressed that every detail was thought of and planned in a way that was unique to them. They planned their wedding from their home in San Francisco, hiring San Diego local planner Breezy Day Weddings to bring their vision to life.
Guests were welcomed into a classic polaroid guest book experience when they first arrived. Posing for photos & shaking out Polaroids set folks at ease and created an excitement for the day.
I can still taste their amazing food! Miho Catering left a lasting impression and I wish they had a restaurant, so we could stop wondering if we will ever eat that food again. They’re based in San Diego but travel all over Southern California.
Swig Rig had a rad trailer that fit right in with the industrial vibe and wet everyone’s whistle with tasty cocktails.
Sean & John were fun to be around and easy to laugh with. Their pup Petey was the cutest little Corgi ring-bearer. They’ve taken their parent goals seriously and have already added another Corgi to the family.
We felt so inspired photographing this LGBT wedding at Brick in around Liberty Station.
